I was getting low on fuel oil about a month ago and called my company to schedule a delivery. I was informed at that time that they could not make any further deliveries until I had a "whistle" installed (at my expense - $650) and they could not do it until the third week in October. It is really awful how you cant control some effects on your mods. This lack of control leads naturally, for the player, to a complete abandon of these mods.
For example the cast time boost. You have 20% chance your casting time will be halved. Most of the time it happens where you dont need it, and rarely when you need it, and some time it even occurs when you dont want it to happen (like in a spike!)

We are using both your Windows and Linux test suites on the same hardware. With multiple SBC's and onboard 1.8" hard drives, on the secondary ide interface, we get a consistent failure in the hard drive test under Windows XP (latest SP's). However, we run the same hard drive test using Linux test suite (under Redhat WS 4.1, Fedora core 2.6.9) and the hard drives NEVER FAIL UNDER LINUX.
The failure under XP is "Test file could not be created". Sometimes it appears the hard drive is just dropping out (for instance if the test is run FROM the primary ide but testing against the secondary).
We are trying to determine if this could be :

My Aunt has an 89 dodge caravan se with the 3.0 engine 3spd trans. Her problem is this. When the van is in drive and you hit the gas, it hesitates a few times then goes.. if you press the pedal harder once moving the engine actually revs down instead of up until you have it basically floored. Another symptom is when you do floor it *even from a stop* its revs up VERY slowly. I was originally thinking fuel pump/filter but those would exhibit problems more towards higher rpm and not lower like hers is doing. Also when you come to a stop it will usually stall.. and restarting it causes it to instantly stall unil you "start and floor the pedal" then gradually bring it back down.. then it will idle to a degree. I am looking for some advice on where to place Lidoderm patches for the best relief. I get burning/tingling/pulling... so do I put it over the area that is affected, or over the spine (where the nerve is compressed)? I am paying out-of-pocket for these, so I don't want to waste a bunch with trial and error. What has worked best for those who have tried Lidoderm?

Ok, I don't know if anyone has noticed this or not, but the copy of the skill Tiger's Fury, Bestial Fury, is completely useless.
For starters, Tiger's fury has such a short recharge and long duration that even with 6-8 in BM you can keep it up constantly. It cancels out all other non-attack skills (making it impossible to use Bestial Fury even if someone, for some stupid reason, uses Wild Blow on your stance).
Bestial Fury is utterly useless. Can't they make it so your pet attacks faster or something? Then it might atleast make sence.. tja9397The simplest and cheapest way to do it is to unplug your computer from the modem and plug the PS3 into the modem. In other words, swap which cable you have plugged into the modem depending on which device you want to use. Then when you finish playing plug your computer back in.

If we are talking about accommodations provided through a special education program in the school district, that provision of such services is mandatory federal law---much like compulsory schooling for the general public (including children with disabilities) or (for those who can drive) not running a red light/ not driving while drunk.
Compliance with federal law is not a privllege.

I know that you can target and follow them if they are in "radar range", but if they get a certain distance I see it's no longer an option to target and find them that way, so is there some other method I am missing?
